The Quality Assurance Audit System is a custom Microsoft Office Add-in (Excel VBA) -built from our Deviation Pro Engine- that has a slick interface that functions as a complete, robust, secure system for:
a) Generation of Audits with auto-assigned, unique Audit Numbers.
b) Input of audit findings.
c) Tracking and trending of audits and findings.
d) Ability to easily respond to audit findings.
e) Built-In CAPA / RESOLUTION module.
f) Transparency as audits progress from Draft to Approval.
Being that the QAAS system is built from the same engine as Deviation Pro, if necessary, the two applications can be configured to directly talk to each other in order to provide you with a complete Quality System to manage deviations, atypical events, CAPAs and Audit Findings.
The Product Complaint Investigation Mgt System is a custom Word VBA Microsoft Add-in (also built from our successful Deviation Pro Engine) that has a slick interface that functions as a complete, robust, secure system for:
a) Generation of Product Complaints with auto-assigned, unique Audit Numbers.
b) Input of Product Complaint details.
c) Tracking and trending of complaints by complaint-type (for ex, "Product Allergy") or by free-text keyword searching.
d) Ability to easily update/respond to complaints.
e) Electronic endorsement/signature of Product Complaint Reports
f) Auto-generation of Product Complaint Reports in .doc, .docx or .html formats.
